Pop-Up Crisis is back for the fourth year running and is supported by Wales Bonner, Jimmy Choo and Marc Jacobs. Pick up the perfect fashion-focused gift for Christmas, while supporting a wonderful cause. Self-gifting is heavily encouraged.

Unless you’re one of the very organised that live among us, much of December is all about shopping for friends and family. It’s our chance to pick the perfect gift for our loved ones: one that lets them know how much they mean to us.

Well, I am here to distil your shopping destinations down to a single stop: Pop-Up Crisis. It launched yesterday and runs until Thursday 14 December. The pop-up features an array of designers and sells one-off pieces of womenswear, menswear, gifts and accessories, all to raise funds for Crisis, the national charity for people experiencing homelessness across Great Britain. The pop-up is hosted by developer Henigman and is based at the decommissioned West End central police station at 27 Savile Row, a short stroll from Oxford Circus.

Anda Rowland of Savile Row tailors Anderson and Sheppard and fashion editor Tom Stubbs have curated the chicest product offerings for you to shop, supported by Georgina Evans, Crisis’s head of retail. Stock is made up of donations from brands including Globe Trotter, John Smedley and Giles Deacon — with brand-new designer wares, past-season stock, imperfect pieces and seasonal sample collections from luxury brands.

If you are currently chained to your desk before the pre-Christmas wind-down starts, don’t fear: on Thursday 7 December there will be a late-night shopping evening with drinks and music by DJ Jonjo Jury. You can also indulge your inner artistry at wreath-making workshops with social enterprise The Glasshouse, which offers second chances to women based in UK prisons through horticultural training.

On the last day of the pop-up an amazing raffle will be drawn, featuring a classic Tod’s bag donated by Kate Moss (pictured above) along with pieces from Stormzy. We are talking epic gift-giving potential here. Crisis wanted to offer a raffle rather than an auction to avoid making taking part exclusive and bank balance-dependent, which is an extra lovely touch.

In addition to the raffle, celebrity donations for ‘Shop their Wardrobe’ have been received from the Nova Twins, David Gandy and Ben Smith from Bastille – all of which are available to buy. There truly is something for everyone, so get down there and get shopping – you might just find something for yourself too.

Follow @popupcrisis for new donations and more information.
