These 10 coats all cost under £100, and we predict they’ll sell out immediately
Updated 6 years ago
The fashion team has looked through everyone’s favourite high street sites to find the best under £100 coat styles – you’re welcome!
We are now officially in autumn, as the torrential rain has well and truly proven. And, while this may mean summer is officially over, it also means is it’s time to embrace layering. Think cashmere knits, cool cover-up jackets (belted are key this season, FYI) and coats. There’s always so many styles dropping in, it’s tricky to know which ones to go for. Do you opt for practical, yet stylish, with puffer styles that bring all the duvet vibes (but chicer, naturally), then there’s vinyl coats as spotted during fashion month or classic tailored styles. Of course opting for a designer coat is a luxury forever buy you won’t – until you check your bank balance – regret, but there are so many offerings on the high street that are just as good.
So much so, the Stylist fashion team has been on the hunt for the best ones. And they’ve come up trumps, with 10 styles that not only look effortlessly stylish, but also all clock in at under £100!
But like all great fashion items, though, coats sell out, and they sell out fast. So if you see something you like (we predict you will) we suggest snapping it up before it takes the destiny of every other ‘it’ item.
If you want statement, head to ASOS for the python print belted trench-coat-of-dreams. Want something more classic? H&M has a wool coat that wouldn’t look out of place in a luxury boutique. Then there’s the Warehouse coat that stylist Monikh said made her “happy for a gloomy day”. Be prepared to find the fashion-editor approved high street coats you’ll be glad to have to wear everyday from here on out.
