The latest season of The Traitors has quickly become the TV show we’re all watching, talking about and eagerly counting down the days until the next episode. But let’s be honest, it’s not just the trickery, treachery and team-based challenges that have us hooked – it’s Claudia Winkleman’s countryside-chic wardrobe that’s stealing the show.

Collaborating with stylist Sinéad McKeefry, the presenter has mastered the haute country aesthetic, which is hallmarked by oversized cape coats, fingerless gloves, chunky knits and plenty of tweed. This Highlands-inspired look perfectly complements the moody atmosphere of the show, from the gothic corners of the Scottish castle to the dramatic roundtable setting.

Claudia’s looks are chic yet practical, which is a key part of her appeal, as Stylist’s fashion director, Lucy Reber, explains: “My favourite thing about her styling is just how wearable it is. The grey jumper was elite; I wanted it immediately. The same goes for the timeless grey tweed coat. You can see yourself making her outfits work for you, and the evening pieces are grown-up and wearable.”

Claudia Winkleman has perfected the art of country-chic, pairing a bold cashmere knit from Scottish brand Barrie with trousers and burgundy-hued boots. Reber says: “A cosy jumper with a quirk is such a smart buy for January, and Claudia wears it well.”

Season three, episode three

One of our favourite looks from the latest season is this stylish grey outfit. The TV presenter paired tartan trousers with a classic crew-neck knit, both from heritage brand Connolly. The standout element? A pair of chic brogues from a collaboration between Miu Miu and British footwear brand Church’s.

Season three, episode two

Claudia made a case for skinny jeans, kicking off the season with a look we all wear daily: a cosy jumper and boots. It’s the kind of outfit you can throw on any day and still feel put together.

The Traitors teaser

Claudia’s teaser outfit set the tone for the latest instalment and offered us a hint of what to expect. Turning towards a more gothic look, she wore a stunning blouse from Sister Jane (sadly no longer available) with fluted sleeves and ruffled details. She completed the look with her signature fringe, dark eyeliner and sleek black leggings.
