It’s time to swap our sweaters for brighter, bolder shades, cooler cotton fabrics and plenty of patterns.
Thankfully, the weather is warming up, the sun is shining through the sudden bursts of rain, and it certainly seems like spring is here to stay. But despite our best efforts, it’s not all that comfortable to lose the layers just yet. For particularly breezy days, we’re reaching for floral quilted jackets to warm us up without the bulk of a duvet coat or puffer. Yet, when the weather seems to be working in our favour, the coats come off and just a jumper is enough to keep us cosy.
While you may already have plenty to pick from in your winter wardrobe, it’s nice to have a slight shift in style for spring. Think brighter and bolder shades, swapping warm wool for cooler cotton and plenty of patterns. After all, we want to inject some joy into getting dressed, not feel like we’re stuck wearing the same few outfits on repeat. Plus, layering one of these joyful jumpers over your shoulders looks incredibly chic. Keep scrolling to see our favourites.
