A remake of French drama Le Bureau Des Legendes, this much-anticipated Paramount+ series explores what happens when an undercover operative is forced to abandon the life he has created for his alter ego… including the woman he had fallen head over heels in love with.

What is The Agency about?

The Agency’s synopsis reads: “When the love he left behind reappears, romance reignites [for one CIA agent who’s been deep undercover for years]. His career, his real identity and his mission are pitted against his heart, hurling them both into a deadly game of international intrigue and espionage.”

Who stars in The Agency?

Michael Fassbender and Jodie Turner-Smith take the lead in this one as our star-crossed lovers. 

They are joined by Katherine Waterston, Richard Gere, Jeffrey Wright, Harriet Sansom Harris, Hugh Bonneville, Dominic West and India Fowler.

What are people saying about The Agency?

Speaking about his time on the project, Fassbender told Entertainment Weekly: “I’ve never done a TV series as the lead, so I’ve got a lot of respect for it.

“It’s a jam-packed schedule, you’ve got to move fast, you’ve got to get things done, but [I really, really enjoyed] it.”

Turner-Smith, meanwhile, says that she is still “pinching myself that I’m a part of it”.

“When the trailer came out, I must’ve watched it a hundred times,” she tells HeyUGuys. “I was texting all my friends like, ‘I’m in this!’… I’m just so proud on all fronts.”
