In addition to returning for a fourth season next year, The Traitors will be coming back to the UK this autumn with a celebrity version. Here’s everything to know about the series so far.
We may still be reeling from Charlotte’s fake Welsh accent and Minah’s villainous arc, but for fans of The Traitors, there is some great news. In addition to the fourth season that’s confirmed for early next year, The Traitors will be coming back this autumn with a celebrity version. Who doesn’t want to watch a bunch of celebrities lie to each other multiple times a week? We definitely do.
The BBC said: “The ultimate reality game of trust and treachery returns with the first ever Celebrity Traitors edition this autumn, alongside a new series in early 2026.”

After the success of the celebrity version of The Traitors in the US, the UK will now have its own version of traitors and faithfuls. Line-up details remain firmly under wraps, but several high-profile figures are rumoured to be taking part this year. So, be sure to watch this space.
The US series has included Sam Asghari, the ex-husband of Britney Spears; former House of Commons speaker John Bercow; and Love Island’s Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu.
The most recent UK series saw project manager Jake Brown and former soldier Leanne Quigley win a prize pot of £94,600, after getting rid of a traitor in the finale earlier this year.
