The Bear

The series deals with the fast-paced and gritty world of small restaurants. Specifically, in Chicago – but you don’t need to be clued up on your Top Chef or Masterchef episodes as the series also explores family loss, relationships and suicide. The Bear follows Carmen ‘Carmy’ Berzatto, a young chef from the fine dining world who comes home to Chicago to run his family sandwich shop – The Original Beef of Chicagoland – after a heartbreaking death in his family.
