Margaret Qualley and Geraldine Viswanathan star as Jamie and Marian, a couple of friends who hit the road in an attempt to escape their town (and problems).
There’s nothing like taking a road trip with your best friend: windows down, wind in your hair and music blasting from the radio. Even better, if you’re trying to escape your own life briefly. But sometimes a road trip goes a little wrong, which is exactly the case in Drive-Away Dolls.
When a couple of friends rent a car for their road trip, they come across much more than just a bump in the road in this action-packed drama. And it all starts in the trunk of their rented car. Mysterious, right? Here’s everything to know about the upcoming film Drive-Away Dolls, including when we can expect it to land in cinemas.
What is the plot of Drive-Away Dolls?
Drive-Away Dolls follows two friends who need to escape their town for a little while. Jamie is dealing with yet another breakup while Marian just needs to unwind and loosen up. With a fresh start on the horizon, the pair hire a car for a drive down to Tallahassee, Florida, but quickly discover that their rented car holds some secrets of its own – secrets that a few criminals may want to get their hands on.
