From new ways to cook with staples like pasta and potatoes to the flavours of the Middle East, here are the upcoming recipe books we can’t wait to get our hands on.


If you’re anything like us, when winter is in full swing, all you want to do is retreat home and eat your favourite comfort foods. And, while that’s the perfect remedy to cold nights, as the days start to get longer and warmer, we begin to crave some new dinner ideas. 

Sure, social media will always be brimming with inspiration, but there are only so many ‘marry me chicken’ reels that one person can watch. That’s where the cookbook comes in: there’s just something much more inspiring about flicking through countless pages of recipes that offer an abundance of choice.
