Faith loves a dramatic transformation, but this might be our favourite one yet: a platinum blonde Lob. 

As the face of L’Oreal, Cheryl rarely has a hair out of place – and, while The X Factor judge has experimented with colour in the past, she tends to stick to a rich and deep chocolate-brown hue.

Cheryl may have taken a break from Twitter following the birth of her son, but she returned with a bang in July 2017 when she revealed that she had opted for a bold colour makeover: her chocolate-brown tresses had been lightened and transformed into a sunshine-inspired caramel.

When asked to picture the model, TV presenter and #nofilters Twitter star, you no doubt focus on her deep brunette waves.

But, in July 2017, Teigen caused a stir when she shared a picture of herself on Twitter with the caption “new colour”. There’s no denying that the bright and summery strawberry-blonde shade is quite a departure from her usual look – but it certainly suits her.

The British model is well-known for her long, blonde, bohemian mane.

But in October 2014, she debuted her newly dyed brunette locks making her almost unrecognisable. 

In 2012, two roles threw Jennifer Lawrence into the limelight - Katniss Everdeen in The Hunger Games and Tiffany in Silver Linings Playbook. Much like her on-screen characters, Lawrence worked darker locks in real-life. 

But in late 2013, during the second Hunger Games film tour the star revealed a new blonde pixie crop, saying her hair had been "fried from being dyed so much". She has since worn her hair closer to her natural blonde shade. 

You would be forgiven for thinking Emma Stone is a natural redhead, but whilst filming The Amazing Spider-Man 1 and 2, the actress returned to her natural hair colour - blonde.

But the moment filming finished she dyed her hair a light ginger colour which has now evolved into a deep fiery red.

However she has remained a dark blond since, often with darker roots and lighter ends, until she debuted an even lighter shade on her new cropped style this week. 

In the last ten years, Angelina Jolie's hair has changed very little except for the highlights on her naturally dark mane. While in London during the Global Summit to End Sexual Violence in Conflict she wore a reddish-hue.

When she was made an honorary dame by the Queen in October 2014, her hair looked considerably darker.

However ahead of autumn, the star dyed her shorter locks a caramel brown shade.
