I even pop one on when the spot hasn’t formed yet and still feels like a bruise – just to be on the safe side. I find it often stops them in their tracks or turns them into a mere pimple rather than Mount Vesuvius.

They say to keep them on for up to eight hours to allow the magic to happen. I leave them on overnight for ease, but they’re the most subtle spot patches I’ve ever used so daytime use is an option too.
