From her incredible thick plaited hair to inspiring countless cat eye flicks, Aladdin’s Jasmine was the ultimate beauty icon. And now, we can all get a slice of the Disney character in our make-up bags.

In honour of the upcoming Guy Ritchie live-action adaptation (set for release on 24 May, just FYI), MAC Cosmetics is launching a Disney’s Aladdin Collection - and it really is shining, shimmering and splendid.

The range is as colourful and fun as the animated classic and the products look pretty beautiful. MAC had confirmed that the magical collection will cover ‘lip, cheek and eye colours inspired by the beautiful self-determined Jasmine’ and will cover metallics, mattes, shimmers and jewel-tones.

Basically, it’ll be a Cave of Wonders.

MAC has confirmed that the collection is set to launch in May but are yet to reveal the exact date. In the meantime, it has released a sneak peak at three of the products. And yes, everything is decorated with beautiful Arabian-inspired patterns and the vibrant colours of Agrabah.

The eyeshadow palette, which is encased in gold packaging adorned with a hot pink design, has nine shades, covering nudes, fun shimmers and darker tones to let you go smoky.

Just like Jasmine’s lip go-to, there is a gorgeous hot-pink lipstick and the golden bronzer has a picture of the Genie’s lamp embossed onto it.

Who needs an actual magic lamp?
