L’Oréal Paris is collaborating with THIS iconic designer for a limited edition make-up collection
7 years ago
The announcement comes less than a year after L’Oréal Paris joined forces with Balmain
Last September saw L’Oréal Paris collaborate with Balmain for a 12-strong lipstick collection, and it was so popular that another one is on the cards. This time though the high street make-up brand is joining forces with the iconic Parisian designer, Isabel Marant.
Both brands have a shared vision of femininity and each has the same goal of wanting to empower women. The collection will made up of five products playful yet practical products for eyes, cheeks and lips that’ll help you live out wildest cool French girl dreams.
While no specific product information has been released just yet, we know it’s going to be called Wanted! and we’re told you’ll be able to create everything from barely there, au naturel elegance right through to a bold smoky eye. Colour us intrigued.
Chatting about the collection, Marant says, “I’ve always interpreted fashion’s ready-to-wear literally, and I couldn’t be more thrilled at this chance to do that in makeup with an on-the-go collection with L’Oréal Paris. It has been a dream to get right inside makeup innovation and to offer this collection of day-into-night, natural-to-smoking make-up essentials I’ve always wanted.”
The collection is due to launch on 27 September this year, the same day day as Marant’s SS19 show at Paris Fashion Week.
