Iris Law, the 16-year-old model daughter of Jude Law and Sadie Frost, has landed a major gig as the new face of Burberry Beauty.
The teenager follows in the footsteps of Kate Moss, Cara Delevingne, Jourdan Dunn and Rosie Huntingdon-Whiteley to be chosen as an ambassador for the prestigious British fashion house’s beauty line.
She said: "Burberry is such an iconic brand and it's an honour to be part of the Burberry family and to be starring in a global campaign for them."
Law is modelling Burberry’s latest beauty launch, Liquid Lip Velvet, a £26 matte lip cream with a “comforting whipped texture” that comes in 14 shades.
Eight of the 14 shades have already sold out at US beauty mecca Sephora, E Online reports.
“On the Burberry shoot, Wendy Rowe did a fresh dewy skin, simple eye and a strong red lip. I really like this look because it's timeless and reminded me of all the old pictures of my mum,” Law said.
Late last year she posted this image of Frost, with the caption “@sadielizafrost inspires me every day ~ so proud of my mama.”
Frost replied: “You inspire me irie xx”
Aah.
Law took her first foray into modelling last year with a shoot for east London streetwear label Illustrated People, so netting a Burberry campaign so early in her career is a remarkable achievement.
She joins A-list offspring Lily-Rose Depp, 17, Kaia Gerber, 15, and Brooklyn Beckham, 17, in the teenage model club, with Depp modelling for Chanel, Gerber winning breakthrough model of the year and Beckham also modelling for Burberry.
