Whether you’re in search of some gifting inspo for your loved ones or you’re unsure of what to ask for yourself, our beauty director has rounded up her ultimate Christmas wishlist.

Between the endless gift options, busy high streets and time going by exceedingly fast (how is it already December?), the process of shopping for Christmas presents can be slightly overwhelming.

But if you don’t know where to start or you just feel tapped out for ideas, don’t fear. To help, I’ve compiled my own dream Christmas wishlist for the beauty aficionados in your life. In the line-up, you’ll find an array of ideas across make-up, skincare and haircare, as well as some special candles, perfumes and even the industry’s go-to microcurrent device, meaning there’s something for everybody. Or even yourself.

Best beauty gifts for Christmas 2024

Diptyque Fleur de Peau Eau de Parfum

Diptyque Fleur de Peau Eau de Parfum

This is, hands down, the best perfume I have ever smelt. Back in 2018, I didn’t understand the concept of a ‘signature scent’ (it felt far too committal), but when this came across my desk all those years ago, I couldn’t stop using it. Musky and complex, it has notes of iris, ambrette and pink peppercorns for a gorgeous cottony and comforting scent. So, I was thrilled to see the bottle get a limited edition spruce-up for Christmas: the label is printed with a liquid-like gold finish to give it extra sparkle on your vanity table.

Refy Sculpt Duo Collection

Refy Sculpt Duo Collection

Brows are always the first step in my make-up routine. Once they’re done, I find it a lot easier to create a beauty look around them. I’m a big fan of giving my brows as much lift and fluffing up as possible, which is where this comes in. Refy’s cult Brow Sculpt has been paired with its popular Lash Sculpt mascara for the ultimate eye-opening gift set duo. A quick few sweeps of each formula is enough to create the ultimate off-duty look.

Rhode Peptide Lip Tint in Cinnamon Roll

Rhode Peptide Lip Tint in Cinnamon Roll

These Rhode Peptide Lip Tints are so popular that this year saw them earn their own phone cases for top-ups on the go (another item on my wishlist, FYI). So, in honour of her birthday, brand founder Hailey Bieber has reimagined the popular formula with a deliciously warm, cinnamon scent, inspired by her homemade cinnamon buns. Once applied, lips are coated in a shimmery gloss with a subtle spiced brown tint that looks good on everybody. And don’t worry, you can still expect the same nourishing and hydrating benefits.

Dior Bois des Reves Candle - Christmas Limited Edition

Dior Bois des Reves Christmas Limited Edition Candle

A Christmas beauty wishlist wouldn’t be complete without a festive candle, would it? And this one is an absolute standout. Created by the brand’s perfume creative director, Francis Kurkdjian, its woody aroma captures the cosiness of a roaring fireplace in winter. Plus, the white and gold votive is so stunning that it doubles as the perfect interior piece.

Morphe Crowd Pleaser Eyeshadow Palette

Morphe Crowd Pleaser Eyeshadow Palette

One of my favourite discoveries this year has been Morphe’s Molten Metal Eyeshadows. Highly pigmented, with amazing colour payoff and an easy way to create a multidimensional eye (depending on whether you apply it wet or dry), these foil-effect shadows really elevate any beauty look. So, I was thrilled to see that two gorgeous pink shades have been included in this eyeshadow palette, alongside four very wearable matte shadows. I know I’d get so much use out of this.

Penhaligon's Halfeti Body and Hand Wash

Penhaligon’s Halfeti Body and Hand Wash

In an attempt to break the habit of ‘saving’ nicer products for special occasions, I’ve been indulging in fancy hand washes and body gels, and this one looks perfect. Scented with Penhaligon’s iconic Halfeti scent (think spicy and warm notes of oud, bergamot and rose), it’ll make a special addition to any sink or shower. Plus, I love the little pump.

Acqua di Parma Panettone Candle

Acqua di Parma Panettone Candle

OK, OK; I couldn’t resist adding another candle to the list, especially when it smells of panettone. Yep, Acqua di Parma has captured the traditional Milanese festive dessert in a candle. Expect gourmand notes of vanilla and candied fruits. The gorgeous votive is decorated with gold tartan patterns by architect and designer India Mahdavi.

Huda Beauty Easy Bake Powder Puff Duo

Huda Beauty Easy Bake Powder Puff Duo

As somebody who has always set their undereye concealer with a brush, this year taught me just how much of a difference it makes to use a powder puff. This duo from Huda Beauty handily includes two sizes: a medium for all-over use, and a mini size for smaller areas. Simply dip the edge in powder, pat it on skin and watch how much of a difference the soft material makes. It’s also a handy tool to blend out any creased foundation or concealer throughout the cake without disrupting the rest of your make-up too much.

WetBrush Shine Enhancer Brush

WetBrush Shine Enhancer Brush

This is my favourite hairbrush of all time, but after years of use, I finally had to part ways with it. It gently detangles hair (both wet and dry) without breaking it and the soft bristles are brilliant at brushing back and smoothing down hair when creating a ponytail. I’m also convinced that it really does leave my hair looking shinier any time I use it.

If you ever hunted down a nearby Sephora while on holiday (before it came to the UK, of course), you’ll likely remember picking up one of these. Sephora has just relaunched it with a vegan formula and improved longwear benefits. Expect the same matte, highly pigmented and non-drying finish but with an even longer-lasting hold. Even after a few margaritas.

A celebrity favourite among the likes of Jennifer Aniston, Cynthia Erivo and Kate Hudson, NuFace has long been praised for bringing microcurrent technology into our homes before it became popular. I’ve long relied on the benefits of hair oiling for stronger, healthier hair, and this one has become a firm favourite. With the Moonlight Scalp Serum works hard to strengthen from root to tip and improve hair density. Pair the two together and it’s the ultimate duo.

Glossier Holiday Hoodie

Glossier Holiday Hoodie

OK, technically this isn’t a beauty product, but it is incredible merch from a beauty brand and therefore counts, in my opinion. Every year, Glossier puts a festive spin on its classic hoodie (the very first pink iteration is still a staple in my wardrobe) and for 2024, it comes in a gorgeous burgundy red. As if that wasn’t enough, it also has satin drawstrings, giving it a sweet feminine touch that I love.
