Stylist’s Best Beauty Awards is back, and this time it’s bigger than ever. After months of rigorous testing, we’ve carefully curated a list of 87 (yes, 87!) winners. While you can expect to see the usual suspects – make-up, tools, skincare, hair care and body care – we have some new categories in the line-up this year, too.

The awards in ‘the innovators’ category champion products that stem from technological or creative advancements, while ‘the experts’ list spotlights the brilliant figures driving real change in the industry (plus a special look at the most impactful campaign of the year). This year saw a staggering 1,129 products entered for the Stylist Best Beauty Awards. So, over the span of three months, 43 beauty-minded testers representing different ages, races, skin types and hair types tried a range of products across make-up, hair care, skincare, body care, tools and fragrance.

During the process, they put each beauty product through its paces, considering everything from efficacy and longevity to wearability, packaging and how well each one delivered on its promises.

After some (healthy) debate and discussions, we determined our pick of the bunch, covering everything from the foundation staff couldn’t put down to the cleanser that washes away make-up and all traces of dirt with ease.
