In Victoria Beckham's recent interview with Vogue, the fashion designer revealed that she likes to eat bee pollen and take over 60 vitamins and tablets per day to keep her looking youthful.

The former Spice Girl also said that she keeps in shape by attending 6am training sessions with Tracey Anderson (loved by many celebs, including Gwyneth Paltrow) five times per week.

During the chat, the 40-year-old mum of four, sipped on green juice and divulged how she manages to stay looking so good.

"Twenty-two amino acids, 12 vitamins, 28 minerals. And please don't write that I'm completely mad!"

But, she concedes, she takes all of those supplements to ensure she stays fit and healthy: "I need a lot of energy to be buzzing about""

Not only that, she also loves the new trend for eating bee pollen which apparently helps keep away those fine lines, "we can't have wrinkles!"

During the interview we also discover that, like many women, she struggles to pack light and will often bring too many things with her when she goes abroad.

"I like lots of options as I don't know how I'll feel in the morning. And I need to ensure I've got the right handbags and the right shoes."

Despite the fact that her and her husband David Beckham are notoriously private about their lives, she does state that he's spent "a lot of time and money protecting his family."

With her tightly packed schedule it's a wonder that the Beckhams ever get the chance to spend much time together but she does say that they do get to see each other in the evening once all the children have gone to bed.

However, the pace of the working mum's life is clearly exceptionally busy, as she discusses her plans for the weekend which includes a wedding and then a trip over to the states for the Met Ball. Not to mention the fact that her own store is opening in London this Autumn.

But she says, "neither David or I are lazy. I don't like laziness or cutting corners."

However, there is one thing she doesn't do: "I don't ever do the washing up."
