TV chef Paul Hollywood, star of BBC2's Great British Bake-Off, spent Friday lunchtime (July 6) answering your baking questions.
Paul, who shot to fame with his role as a judge on hit cooking show The Great British Bake-Off, has worked as Head Baker at exclusive hotels including Cliveden and the Dorchester and launched The Paul Hollywood Artisan Bread Company, which counts Harrods among its customers.
The son of a baker, Paul is passionate about busting the myths that surround baking and has now shared his finely honed skills and the secrets of his craft in recipe book, How to Bake.
Filled with easy-to-follow, clearly explained techniques and simple, step by step demonstrations, Paul explains how to make an abundance of breads, pastries, cakes and biscuits and aims to show that with the right guidance, anybody can achieve success time after time.
