The ruff new faces of Harvey Nichols

High-end doggy bags

Meet fashion darlings Spud, Dozer and Pepper.

Mimicking the celebrity trend for carrying tiny Chihuahuas in handbags, the tough-looking pooches are fronting Harvey Nichols' Spring/Summer 13 accessories campaign, The New Breed.

Catching a ride in a £580 Sophie Hulme bag is English Bull Terrier Dozer, above

British Bulldog Spud, above, will only be seen in 3.1 Philip Lim (£700)

Staffordshire Bull Terrier Pepper's 'walkies' tote has to be Marc by Marc Jacobs (£435)

The photogenic trio was photographed by globally renowned fashion photographer Miles Aldridge and styled by Harry Lambert.

The superpooches are now embarking on a promotional tour across London and won't get out of their baskets for less than three treats a day.
